Hear from our most recent Apprentices:

“I chose this particular apprenticeship as I have always liked doing admin and this was a chance to learn while doing the role. I looked forward to doing a balance of a typical workday whilst learning more about the business and administration side of things. I thought the apprenticeship would be a good way of getting into work whilst also been able to earn a qualification.”

Issy apprentice

“I really enjoy learning and education, and I was keen to gain another qualification. I also knew a business administration course would teach a range of topics, giving me an indication of a career path.

What I enjoy the most about my apprenticeship is that I am gaining a qualification whilst also being in full-time work. An apprenticeship allows me to gain work experience whilst continuing my education. I also really enjoy the office environment and enjoy working as a team with my colleagues.”

Issy, Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship

Hamza, who recently completed his Assistant Accountant Level 3 apprenticeship, shared the following:

“I wanted a practical learning experience that would give me a solid foundation in accounting principles. This apprenticeship seemed like the perfect opportunity to gain real-world experience while earning a recognised qualification. It has not only enhanced my technical skills but also improved my problem-solving abilities.

This apprenticeship has provided me with a strong foundation in accounting principles and practical skills that are highly valued by employers. The AAT qualification is a recognised industry standard, which will undoubtedly boost my career prospects. I believe this apprenticeship has equipped me with the necessary skills and knowledge to pursue a successful career in finance.”
