We offer a range of part-time courses in Cookery and Cake Decorating. Whether you’re a complete beginner or want to take a hobby or passion to another level, we have an extensive range to cater for all ages and abilities. Our courses are taught by talented and experienced tutors who will help develop your skills and knowledge in a friendly environment alongside like-minded people.

We run many popular courses such as Decorating Novelty and Celebration Cakes, Truly Scrumptious Baking, Indian Cookery, Taste of Thai Cookery and Celebration Cupcakes, to name but a few. Courses are available in the morning, afternoon or evenings at our centres in Amersham, Aylesbury and Beaconsfield.
