Our courses are taught by talented and experienced tutors who will help develop your skills and knowledge in a friendly environment, alongside like-minded people.
We run many popular courses such as Yoga with Alexander Technique, Pilates, Tai Chi and Mindfulness, to name but a few. Courses are available in the morning, afternoon or evenings at our centres in Amersham, Aylesbury, Beaconsfield, Bourne End, Chesham, Gerrards Cross, Iver, Lane End, High Wycombe and Marlow.
