Apprentices at Buckinghamshire County Council attended a team building away day at Green Park, Aston Clinton, to celebrate National Apprenticeship week 2018 (5-9 March). They spent the morning completing team building activities involving a mixture of creative, team working, problem solving and communication skills. Our apprentices were also tasked with completing a challenge to design an advertising campaign promoting the value of apprenticeships. Each group created slogans, marketing material and a plan for their campaign.
Chloe Nicholas, Business Support Apprentice at Buckinghamshire County Council said, “I enjoyed today because even though it was fun you can apply the skills you’ve learnt back in the workplace”.
