Fantastic GCSE results for adult learners in Buckinghamshire

Congratulations to all our learners who received some fantastic GCSE maths and English results today.

83% received 9-4 grades in maths (13% of these gained 9-7 grades)

80% received 9-4 grades in English (10% of these gained 9-7 grades)

Sam was really happy with her grade 6 in English as she’s planning to go into teacher training. She said that, “Bucks Adult Learning have been brilliant and have given me so much support and I got a higher grade than I ever thought I would.”

Mia passed GCSE maths with a grade 5 to help her find work in a school. She said she had “the most amazing teachers at Adult Learning who realised I was dyslexic and thanks to their help and support I have managed to finally pass it. I can now use this qualification to help me to work in a school myself one day.”
